Sanctuary of peace and style, hard pool and beach loungers.
Traditional style. Great building,like a small palace. Quiet.
No soft outdoor mattress covers on the pool lounger chairs, so they are hard and uncomfortable. Same at the beach with the same hard recliners. Four other hotels are right beside Grand Bali at the beach and they all have thick, beautiful covers. Even the Mercure which is a much cheaper hotel. We know because we stayed there. Big hullo to Marcia for her great service and friendliness.

Everything, the pool area, the food was excellent, the room comfortable, the staff very friendly and efficient.
Is not stroller friendly there are stairs only and there was no ventilation in the bathroom
